Details About The Shannon Creek Parcels

For anyone interested, here is a link to a report done back in 2002 when Kalesnikoff was looking at logging Shannon Creek and Crystal springs area.

Two parcels are currently up for sale. The lower one running from the top of Taylor Drive to the bottom of Annable Road is roughly 10 acres. It contains many popular trails used by the community.

The second parcel is around 43 acres and is on the extremely steep mountainside and crosses Shannon Creek in the upper corner.
